- Poise and grace to handle Guests' questions and complaints appropriately
- The understanding to prepare and present Guests their check, accept payment, and process credit card or accept cash as applicable
- Experience as a Server in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in diffusing stressful situations through a calm, thoughtful demeanor
- Ability to work as part of a team and help facilitate the smooth running of the diner as directed by the Managing Partner or supervisor
- A passion for working alongside other Team Members to provide excellent service while growing the company financially
