Overview Charles Taylor is a highly successful global provider of professional services to the insurance industry. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a remote role for the Nashville, TN or Louisville, KY area. Responsibilities Develop and execute a local sales strategy targeting key industries and clients. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and events. Build and manage client relationships to drive long-term growth. Collaborate with local associations to create opportunities and close business. Attend trade shows and client events to promote services and grow the brand. Maintain CRM/database of accounts, activities, and pipeline. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Experience in construction or safety services is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a prospecting environment. Ability to stay focused and productive while working remotely.
