Surgical Care Advocate & Care Coordinator

Medix in Dallas is seeking a Care Advocate to support members through the surgery journey, handling a high volume of calls and serving as the primary point of contact for members and provider offices. The role is full-time and onsite for the first 9 months, with a transition to a hybrid model that includes one remote day per week after training.
