Pay: $55.00/hour-$65.00/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday | 40 Hours/Week

Overview

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Accountant / Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis within a manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in delivering financial insights, supporting capital expenditure planning, improving reporting processes, and partnering with business leaders to drive informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, accounting, financial modeling, SAP reporting, and advanced Excel analysis. Manufacturing experience is required, and medical device industry experience is highly preferred.

Job Description

• Support monthly financial reporting, analysis, forecasts, and ad hoc requests
• Build and maintain financial forecasts while partnering with managers to identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Pull, analyze, and reconcile actual financial data from SAP
• Compare actual results against forecasts and annual operating plans (AOP)
• Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages to leadership
• Develop Excel-based reporting tools utilizing pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas
• Support capital expenditure planning, tracking, forecasting, and analysis
• Improve financial reporting processes, systems, and data accuracy
• Provide financial analysis and reporting support for grant-related programs, including headcount and capital forecasting
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special accounting and finance projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and business partners
• Assist with coverage for other finance team members as needed
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 7-10 years of FP&A, accounting, and financial analysis experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
• SAP experience with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret financial data
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Education Requirements
