This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative technology solutions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with daily production operations, including material handling, assembly, packaging, and shipping activities. Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as authorized. Support inventory control by accurately tracking and storing materials. Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing, or construction environment required. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and material handling procedures. Forklift certification preferred; ability to obtain certification if not currently certified. Knowledge of carpentry, woodworking, or construction materials is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and dependability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Basic computer skills for documentation purposes. Physical Requirements Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull 70–100 pounds safely. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
