Admin Assistant

We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable individual with office experience, strong computer skills, and exceptional grammar to join our team. Job Requirements: Professional phone presence with a solid understanding of phone etiquette. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Clear and friendly written and verbal communication abilities. Experience in interacting with customers and vendors. Ability to assist executives with research, routing calls, and managing correspondence. Positive attitude and effective teamwork skills. Job Responsibilities: Assisting managers with product research, customer service, quoting, purchasing, marketing, and appointment scheduling. Learning from experienced personnel to quote customers, manage purchases, and contribute effectively to business operations. Training will be provided for all necessary tasks. Sales and QuickBooks experience is a plus.
