• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (plus one evening per week until 7:00 PM and every other Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM starting in October)

As a Seasonal Program Assistant, you'll support the Christmas Program Director in various tasks to ensure a smooth and joyful holiday distribution. You'll work closely with the director, volunteers, and families to coordinate gift processing, packing, and distribution, making the holiday season brighter for local families.
What You'll Do
As a Seasonal Program Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with processing incoming donations and organizing inventory.
  
  
• Supporting application review and family contact efforts.
  
  
• Assisting with moving and organizing packed gift boxes
  
  
• Helping with packing and distributing gift boxes.
  
  
• Providing guidance and support to volunteers, ensuring supplies are stocked and available.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Preferred experience in a social service environment, but not required.
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  
  
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
  
  
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Location & Schedule
This position is in-person in Waterville and offers a schedule of weekday hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM) from August through September, transitioning to include one evening per week and every other Saturday shifts from October through December.
