Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Description

Inside Sales Agent handles inbound calls and warm leads, consults with customers on their insurance needs, and matches the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position details

Paid training in a remote work environment.
All insurance representatives require a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if not licensed, training includes licensing.
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Schedule requires 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift changes.

Qualifications

2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills; ability to close sales.
Good communication with prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire (training includes licensing if unlicensed).
