Production Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet operational goals.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high performance.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.

Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain a safe environment.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and streamline processes.

Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation.

Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support to existing staff.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.

Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
