Occupational Therapist (OT) - Inpatient Rehab

Occupational Therapy

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Flexibility of work hours may occur. Saturdays are required with no exceptions.

Assignment Details

Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

Requirements

• General Certifications (BLS/BCLS)
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Hawaii is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat individuals with injuries, disabilities, or emotional challenges to enhance their functional capabilities.
• Observe, assess, evaluate, and re-evaluate the patient's level of function.
• Develop and implement written occupational therapy plans of care based on physician referrals.
• Conduct therapeutic activities focused on restoring function and maintaining patient independence.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Document all services rendered and maintain accurate treatment records.
