Aircraft Maintenance TechnicianTake-off with Pilatus! We are seeking Aircraft Maintenance Technicians I/II/III to support maintenance operations in Chamblee, GA. Responsibility for inspection, troubleshooting, repair, modification, and maintenance of Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft in accordance with manufacturer specifications, FAA and FOCA regulations, and approved maintenance procedures.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesInspection, troubleshooting, repair, modification, and installation activities on Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft in accordance with approved maintenance data and proceduresExecution of maintenance activities in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer instructions, and company safety and quality standardsInspection of aircraft and components in accordance with Certified Repair Station requirements and approved maintenance proceduresPerformance of operational checks, system testing, and aircraft ground runs before and after maintenance activitiesDocumentation of maintenance performed, discrepancies identified, corrective actions taken, and parts usage in maintenance records, work orders, and production documentationCompliance with airworthiness directives, service bulletins, maintenance documentation, and workplace safety requirementsProper use and maintenance of tools, test equipment, and ground support equipment to support safe and efficient operationsSupport of team collaboration, training activities, overtime requirements, and operational objectives as assignedTechnical guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day support for junior maintenance personnel based on role level and experienceAdvanced troubleshooting, technical decision-making, and interpretation of maintenance manuals, engineering data, and service documentation for senior-level positionsRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required; FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate required; Inspection Authorization preferredAircraft Maintenance Technician I: 0-3 years of aircraft maintenance experience under supervision; military aircraft maintenance experience acceptedAircraft Maintenance Technician II: 2-5 years of experience independently performing aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities; experience supporting junior technicians preferredAircraft Maintenance Technician III: 4-7 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining complex aircraft systems, including advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics and mentorship responsibilitiesExperience with Pilatus PC-12/PC-24 aircraft preferred; proficiency with technical manuals, maintenance documentation, hand tools, specialized test equipment, and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong troubleshooting ability, technical judgment, communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and operational flexibility including overtime and off-site assignments as requiredWhat We Offer11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9,600 annuallyMonthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2,250 for single coverage and $3,000 for family coverage annually401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6%Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in fullTuition assistance available annually after the first yearThe pay range is $25.78 - $41.93 per hour depending on experience.
