AssemblerAssembler $21-22/hr (willing to train!)1st ShiftMonday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Friday overtime may be available based on production needs2nd ShiftMonday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Friday overtime may be available based on production needsJob Responsibilities As an Assembler, you will help build industry-leading windows and doors by:Assembling products from start to finish using established work instructionsReading production orders and identifying required materialsUsing hand and power tools, including drills, screw guns, nail guns, routers, sanders, and sawsMeasuring materials and components accurately using a tape measureInspecting products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are metReporting material shortages, defects, or quality concerns to leadershipFollowing all safety guidelines and manufacturing proceduresAssisting with additional production tasks as neededWorking collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goalsQualifications Ability to safely operate hand and power tools (will be trained) Ability to read and follow work instructions Basic math and measurement skills Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic High School Diploma or GED preferredWork Environment This position is based in a high-volume manufacturing facility where employees build premium windows and doors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on quality and safety. Steel-toed shoes required Casual work attire permitted Facility is not air-conditioned Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required throughout the shiftJob Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
