Associate Instructor - Hourly

Job Summary

The Tanner Dance Arts in Education program is looking for a talented, experienced dance instructor to teach and inspire dancers ages 5 years to 18 years. Responsibilities include lesson planning and teaching creative dance classes.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons and teach creative dance classes to students ages 5 to 18 years old.
• Participate in occasional meetings with other teachers and program director to guide the program.

Preferences

• Experience teaching dance for students ages 5 yr‑12 yr. with focus on modern dance.
• BFA in Modern Dance preferred.

Compensation

Pay Rate Range: $9.62 to $27.35 per hour.

Work Schedule

Part‑time, 8 standard hours per week, Day shift.
