Senior User Experience Designer

Owning the design of accounting integration surfaces, the full-time Senior User Experience Designer will create user-friendly experiences for property managers and accountants, focusing on complex workflows and error states in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end design for accounting integration surfaces, including bank feeds and sync error states Set the experience vision and collaborate with product management and engineering to drive design decisions Conduct user research to validate design choices and identify new integration opportunities Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience designing complex workflows, preferably in fintech or related domains Proven portfolio showcasing design process and impact in technical environments Experience with credential or authentication flows and data synchronization surfaces Strong understanding of designing data-dense interfaces with a focus on information hierarchy Ability to measure design impact using product analytics for continuous improvement
