Key Responsibilities of the Emergency Room Registered Nurse

• Clock in and out at facility
• Titrate drips (Propofol, Cardizem, insulin)
• Interpret cardiac strips
• Charge Nurse may take patient assignments

Requirements of the Emergency Room Registered Nurse

• Greater than 3 years of ER experience required
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required
• Ability to interpret cardiac strips and titrate drips
