Front-Desk SpotlightAs a part-time Receptionist, you’re the first voice and first smile that keeps our shop running at full volume—welcoming guests, keeping the flow tight, and making sure every visit starts strong.
Key responsibilities- Greet and check in guests, manage the waitlist, and keep the front desk moving fast and friendly
- Answer phones, handle basic computer tasks, and coordinate appointments/messages
- Support the team by staying on top of laundry and keeping the shop clean and ready
- Float between our College and West Elizabeth locations near campus as needed What you’ll need
- Great customer service and a calm, upbeat approach under pressure
- Comfort using computers and phones

You roll in, the music’s up, and the lobby starts to fill—students, locals, regulars. You set the pace at the front, keeping conversations easy and the experience smooth from the moment someone walks through the door. Between quick phone moments and screen time, you reset the space so it stays sharp, stocked, and guest-ready. Some shifts you’ll bounce between our College and West Elizabeth spots, adapting fast and keeping the momentum going. When the rush hits, you stay cool, focused, and friendly—then close out feeling like you helped the whole shop hit its mark.
