Determines safety training requirements and provides employees with safety training applicable to their work processes. Conducts field audits and observations to drive a positive Safety Culture while maintaining compliance with governing agencies as well as corporate and site initiatives. Investigates accidents to determine the root cause, circumstances and contributing factors. Develops recommendations and follow-up to prevent accident recurrence. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of government safety regulations.All activities will be performed in support of the strategy and vision of the organization.
