California Industry Partnerships Associate

To support the expansion of equitable pathways to economic mobility, the full-time Industry Partnerships Associate will engage with employers and educational institutions remotely in California, focusing on enhancing registered apprenticeship programs and outreach efforts in the Inland Empire. Key responsibilities Lead targeted outreach and engagement with Inland Empire employers in advanced manufacturing, cybersecurity, and clean economy sectors to build registered apprenticeship partnerships Assist in the development and implementation of registered apprenticeship programs, including program design and onboarding processes Provide technical assistance and support to employers and organizations to enhance understanding and adoption of apprenticeship models Required qualifications Knowledge of workforce development systems, including registered apprenticeship models Familiarity with employer engagement and outreach strategies in education or workforce development Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred 3 years of experience in workforce development, employer engagement, or education partnerships preferred Demonstrated innovation, creativity, and collaborative skills in achieving organizational goals
