About the company

Established, founder-led fintech serving small and mid-sized businesses, with strong product-market fit and a leading position in a fast-emerging market. The company is entering its next phase of growth and is hiring its first dedicated Chief Sales Officer.

\n

\n

**We are looking for someone who has taken a business from $10's to $100's of millions, & has scaled a company through high-velocity growth.

\n

\n

The role

\n

Reporting to the CEO, you will own new customer acquisition and lead Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and RevOps. The job is to grow demand in a market that is still being shaped, move into larger accounts, and keep the existing high-volume sales engine performing.

What you’ll do

\n
    \n
  • Set the go-to-market strategy, pricing and sales plan
    • \n
  • Build referral and partner channels that bring in higher-value customers
    • \n
  • Run a disciplined pipeline and forecast for the CEO and board
    • \n
  • Hire, coach and lead a, high-performing double digits go-to-market organization
    • \n
  • Stay close to the biggest deals personally
    • \n

What we’re looking for

\n
    \n
  • CSO, CRO or SVP Sales experience at a fast-growing company
    • \n
  • A track record of creating demand for a new product or market, not just capturing existing demand
    • \n
  • Experience running both complex, multi-stakeholder deals and a high-volume sales motion
    • \n
  • Strong commercial judgment on pricing, funnel economics and budgets
    • \n
  • Background in fintech, financial services, consulting or performance marketing is a plus
    • \n
