Territory Manager, Residential Construction - Charlotte, NC

Position Overview Territory Manager, Residential Construction – Charlotte, NC (remote) – reports to Field Sales & Operations. Drives partnership and sales with Home Depot and Lowe’s Pro within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement KPIs, track performance, and provide reporting. Identify and engage top national and regional end‑user prospects, initiate introductions, and build lasting relationships. Collaborate with Lowe’s and THD sales representatives to train and assist targeted end‑users in selling SBD brands. Form strategic partnerships with national construction associations and retailers; implement promotions to increase sales. Act as the subject‑matter expert for the dedicated trade vertical; provide industry knowledge and support conversion initiatives. Identify and engage large residential jobsites, building relationships with key stakeholders for product seeding and research. Plan and execute large PRO events in partnership with Lowe’s and THD. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (equivalent construction experience may substitute). 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in construction supplies with a demonstrated track record of delivering results. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication, organizational and multitasking skills. Willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Compensation & Benefits Base salary with incentives: total target cash compensation $77,600–$124,900.
