Territory Manager, Diabetes (Charlotte, NC)

About the Role Application window closes June4,2026. MiniMed is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive business growth and support for Diabetes products and services. This field‑based role focuses on promoting, selling, and supporting our offerings within the Charlotte, NC territory (Charlotte, Rock Hill, Elkin, NC and surrounding areas). The position reports to the assigned District Manager and requires 5 days per week in the field. Responsibilities Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources through sales calls and educational activities. Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to achieve targets and adapt strategies as needed. Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers, Diabetes Clinical Educators, and cross‑functional teams to educate stakeholders on intensive diabetes management and continuous glucose monitoring. Provide product and therapy technical support to patients, including consultations during staff in‑services, physician seminars, and community organization events (ADA, AADE, JDRF, patient support groups). Build and maintain long‑term relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and non‑clinical buyers to establish a strong business base. Manage territory expenses, inventory, and product returns, and coordinate daily customer support activities. Record healthcare professional engagements via Salesforce accurately and timely. Complete administrative reporting, utilize approved sales collateral, and conduct market research on customers and competitors. Communicate customer feedback and product needs to internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Marketing). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of three (3) years prior sales experience. Field sales experience highly preferred. Prior medical device, B2B, or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred. Experience using Salesforce. Prior inside sales or field clinical experience with MiniMed. Previous receipt of a sales award (e.g., President’s Club, Rookie of the Year). Strong data analysis, evaluation and problem‑solving skills. Field Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance. Driving record will be reviewed. Must be able to drive approximately 100% of the time within the assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
