- \tWorkday HCM\n-\tWorkday Time & Absence \n-\tWorkday Integrations (familiarity with how data can be pulled from Workday, the capabilities of an integration) \n-\t5+ years’ experience as a Workday Business Analyst \n-\tStrong communicator, comfortable leading meetings and working with Sr leadership teams\n-\tSomeone who is assertive and confident – will take the lead on things without being asked \n-\tComfortable calling out risks and escalating to leadership \n-\tExperience with Rally preferred
- Technical Workday background is a plus. Job Description Our client is looking for a BA to support multiple data integrations to support a larger custom built AI tool. You will be scheduling and leading meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss Workday data requirements, and determine the integration scope, and work with technical teams to ensure the integration is built to the requirements.
