Number of Beds : 26

Patient Ratios : 6:1

Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : secretary. PCT's, Navigator

Type of equipment : coolers, walkers, Scd's, Cpm's

Documentation system: Meditech

Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts per schedule

Floating policy: rotation

Patient Experience requirements: 72%

Requested Skill Set: RN License

Must have : Compassion, teamwork

Advanced skills needed:

Procedures performed on unit: Knee and Hip replacements. Multi-level spine surgeries

Certifications Required:

Dress Code : (Required uniform)

Navy Scrubs
