Long Term Care RN (Temp To Perm)

Position near Ames, Iowa. Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care settings. Earn up to $2,150 per week with competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assess residents' needs, monitor health status, and document observations accurately in EMR systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and modify care strategies.
• Administer medications and treatments following facility protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain flexibility to work rotating weekends and adapt to scheduling requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid Iowa RN license
• BLS certification
• Mandatory Reporter training and certification
• Minimum 2 years of LTC/SNF experience
• Strong clinical skills in long-term care settings
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Flexibility with schedule
• Ability to work rotating weekends
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability to changing schedules
• Physical stamina to handle long shifts
