About the Role Support Staff works Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, offering care and teaching for children aged zero to five years. All support staff roles are directly supported by Lead Teachers and through coaching and learning opportunities via direct managers. Roles Include Assistant Teacher, working with a single classroom Break Support, working with multiple (2‑3) classrooms Substitute Teacher (On‑Call or Full‑Time, FTE 1.0) Ideal Candidate Values collaborative classroom environments focusing on child‑led learning and inquiry Has strong understanding of child development and pedagogy theory Is passionate about mentoring young learners and guiding them through social and emotional development Compensation & Benefits Support staff start at $23.16 per hour, regardless of experience or education.
