QUALIFICATIONS Certification – Candidates must have certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, or be in the process of obtaining one. Experience – One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred. Driver's license – Have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation. Smartphone proficiency – Able to utilize a smartphone based app. Punctuality – Punctual and dependable. WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? Keep our clients smiling at home by supporting their daily needs and taking initiative. Provide companionship and engagement. Maintain their health and safety at home through high-quality personal care and monitoring the environment for safety risks. Follow an individualized written Plan of Care to support our clients with personal hygiene, ambulation, exercise, eating, dressing, bathing, shaving, physical transfer, and other duties as assigned. Complete shopping, run errands, prepare meals, and light housekeeping. Communicate clearly and strongly.
