A strong fit for a California-licensed attorney with at least 5 years of business litigation experience who is organized, tech-savvy, and an effective communicator. Key responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence Prepare legal documents for client matters Represent clients in court, including arguing motions Analyze cases and develop strategies to meet client goals Collaborate with senior attorneys on trials, arbitrations, and mediations Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing Minimum 5 years of business litigation experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong research, writing, and communication skills Proficiency with modern legal technology Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
