Skillbridge Academy is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, expand our reach, and connect our services with the right audiences.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, analytical, and comfortable contributing to multiple marketing projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with different areas of the organization while developing valuable skills across marketing strategy, campaign execution, brand development, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Create and coordinate marketing materials that align with company branding and objectives.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience needs, and new opportunities.

• Support promotional campaigns, outreach initiatives, and brand awareness efforts.

• Analyze campaign performance and marketing data to identify areas for improvement.

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing materials and communications.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support company initiatives and business objectives.

• Help develop presentations, promotional materials, reports, and other marketing assets.

• Track marketing activities, results, and key performance indicators.

• Identify new ideas and opportunities to improve customer engagement and market positioning.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Competitive Salary: $62,000–$67,000 annually.
