Combining cutting, preparing, assembling, and stitching, we achieve elegance and comfort. By embracing innovation, we integrate technology with craftsmanship, ensuring our products—such as D3D panels and vegetal leather—remain top‑tier. This dedication sustains our passion. Job Type Full‑time Responsibilities Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory Develop and manage your customer base independently (amateurs, trainers, pro‑riders, barns) Represent Devoucoux at horse shows Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best‑in‑class customer service Requirements Prior successful field sales experience Clean driving record and readiness to hit the road Excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills; independent and dynamic personality Passionate rider with an understanding of the English riding industry and horse shows Benefits Fixed salary plus unlimited commission potential Company car, gas card, iPhone and iPad provided Company pays 100% of personal health insurance (medical, dental, vision) 6‑week training program; ongoing tailored training and support 401(k) plan Salary Year 1: Potential of $55K (total includes base & unlimited commission) Year 2: Potential of $65K‑$85K (total includes base & unlimited commission) Year 3: Potential of $75K‑$125K (total includes base & unlimited commission) #J-18808-Ljbffr Devoucoux
