Powered by the intelligent, versatile, and highly adaptable WeRide One platform, the company provides autonomous driving products and services ranging from Level 2 to Level 4, addressing mobility, logistics, and urban services.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work onsite at Weride.ai.What You Will Do:Support HR operation and recruiting workPerform end to end recruitment administrative support: candidates sourcing, resume screenings, new hire paperwork, etc.Support other areas of HR such as Benefits, Employee Relations, and immigrationSupport and coordinate company activities and eventsManage confidential information in a discrete wayPerform other duties as necessaryRequirements:At least Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related fieldHuman resources, administrative, and/or coordinating experience preferredAdvanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, & Excel)Experience with applicant tracking system (Lever) considered a plusStrong people skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse range of individualsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsHigh level of energy, drive, initiative, and commitmentAble to work onsite 40 hours per weekMandarin speaking is preferred$20 - $30 an hourWeRide.ai offers competitive salary depending on the experience.
