Nurse Unit Manager: Patient Care & Team Leadership

The University of Miami is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to lead daily operations of the nursing unit, ensure patient care quality, and support strategic goals. In this full-time on-site role, you will collaborate with Nurse Leaders, monitor staffing and budgets, drive process improvements, and mentor staff toward professional development.
