Territory Sales Specialist - Denver, Phoenix

Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Sales Specialist to promote and sell TTM products across a designated region. The role involves expanding customer accounts, meeting sales quotas, conducting product training, and supporting clinical adoption through customer engagement and data management.
Responsibilities
- Market and promote TTM products to key targeted accounts and expand regional customer base
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales forecasts and quotas for TTM product lines
- Conduct in-person product training and in-servicing to support customer adoption
- Identify and implement product evaluations; monitor and grow service agreement sales
- Present clinical data and quarterly business results to key accounts; manage analytics subscriptions
Requirements
- 1-3 years of B2B sales or commercial experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build customer relationships and deliver persuasive presentations
- Consultative selling expertise and independent work capability
- Willingness to travel 80% within assigned territory
