CDBG-DR Estimator: Federal Housing Recovery Cost Expert

The Lemoine Company, LLC seeks a CDBG-DR Estimator to support Tampa Bay area housing recovery programs. You will prepare Xactimate estimates, conduct property inspections, and ensure program-compliant cost documentation for Hillsborough, Pinellas, and nearby counties. Must have 2–3 years in estimating or residential construction, proficiency with Xactimate, and strong attention to detail.
