Position Requirements:

• Endocrinologist - MD or DO - both outpatient and inpatient care

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Possession or ability to obtain a Florida Medical License is essential

• On-call coverage is 1:4

• Office location: 2727 W. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Suite 780, Tampa, FL 33607

  • Operating hours: Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

  • Patient age range: 18 and older

• Hospital location:

  • Florida Medical Clinic at Wiregrass Ranch Hospital

  • 3000 Wiregrass Ranch Blvd., Wesley Chapel, FL 33543

• Spanish language proficiency is preferred

Work Environment:

• Balanced work-life schedule.

• Patient panel includes individuals from 18 years old to geriatric patients.

• Average patient load is 20-23 per day, utilizing the efficiency of the Epic system.

• Dedicated clinic support team, including one medical assistant per provider, front office staff, and supervisory personnel.

• Collaborative atmosphere with a team of like-minded physicians, including primary care providers and specialists.

• Inpatient support is available through our team of Hospital Medicine physicians.
