Production Supervisor

Job Details: Location: Texarkana, TX 75501; Salary Range: $68,000.00. Responsibilities and Duties Lead the charge for ensuring all employees, customers, and visitors understand the importance of 100% safety compliance. Coach employees to ensure they understand job responsibilities and how they affect internal and external customers upstream and downstream. Monitor safety, quality, and production data for trends and opportunities for problem-solving and waste elimination. Lead continuous improvement activities in the assigned department to ensure the company is at maximum production capabilities. Provide feedback to the team concerning safety. Conduct safety observations. Coach employees to ensure they understand job responsibilities and how they impact internal and external customers. Ensure employees are trained to safely perform job duties in a manner that meets or exceeds quality and production requirements. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization. Able to work flexible/rotating hours as production needs are required. Associates Degree with 2 years of manufacturing experience or 5 years manufacturing experience required, preferably in aluminum manufacturing. Two years experience in a supervisory and/or leadership role required. Preferred Skills Strong mechanical and process aptitude preferred.
