Compensation Analyst
LS Solutions Inc
Role The Compensation Analyst supports the administration of salary and pay programs aligned with organizational reward strategies. They conduct market research, analysis, and benchmarking to inform compensation decisions, including merit, bonus, and promotion processes. Responsibilities Advises leaders on compensation policies, manages compensation projects, performs job evaluations, and analyzes market survey data to develop recommendations. Assists in designing and implementing compensation programs and policies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 0-4 years of relevant experience. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR systems. Strong analytical, communication, time management, and project management skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret data trends and develop concise insights. Key Duties Support compensation decision-making, administer various compensation programs, analyze jobs for premiums, and prepare market trend reports. Provide guidance on compensation policies and participate in project implementation. Working Conditions & Benefits Some travel and overtime may be required.
