Direct Hire Call Center Representative Our client in Edison, NJ, is seeking a Direct Hire Call Center Representative. Pay rate: $22-$24/HR (DOE) Responsibilities: Evaluate situations, determine appropriate solutions, and resolve escalated inquiries. Manage high-volume incoming contacts through digital messaging and phone channels. Balance competing priorities, organize daily task lists, and adapt swiftly to changing operational needs. Address high call volumes while helping clients diagnose and resolve equipment performance issues. Coordinate technician availability, manage dispatch logs, and route field appointments across regional and nationwide territories. Requirements: 23 years of proven background in a fast-paced client support environment managing heavy communication volume. Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and data entry platforms Strong written communication skills, including grammar and effective email drafting. Benefits: Medical/Dental insurance.
