Our Government Contracts and Public Procurement Practice Group Morrison Foerster's Government Contracts and Public Procurement Practice Group represents clients in a wide array of industries and with all types of government contracts and public procurement matters, including contract negotiations, investigations, compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, technology licensing, and cybersecurity. Our M&A advisory practice includes representation of sophisticated private equity firms, small businesses and defense tech leaders in government contract aspects of M&A transactions. Learn more about the team and the work you can do at: Who You Are Morrison & Foerster’s Government Contracts practice is seeking a mid-level lateral associate to join our growing and vibrant team. You have 2-4 years of transactional experience (a focus on mergers and acquisitions preferred) with demonstrated interest in government contracts and aerospace/defense. You have outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials. You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
