Machine Operator
Trillium Professional is now seeking Machine Operators in Milpitas, CA for long-term work!
Duties:
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Record production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with set-up and changeover of machinery as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Pay rate is $21-25/hour with a shift differential available. Schedule 1st, 2nd or 3rd.
High school diploma or equivalent. Flex/Rigid circuit board manufacturing. Electronics manufacturing. Precision PCB processes. Engineering-heavy manufacturing environments. Tight tolerance production work. Traceability and documentation systems commonly used in PCB manufacturing. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery. Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds. Experience operating machines for laser cutting, drilling, routing etc.
Additionally, experience within the following areas is highly preferred: Lamination. Imaging. Plating. Etching. CAM/Programming. Test/Inspection within electronics manufacturing.
This position requires access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the successful candidate must be a "U.S. person" as defined in the ITAR and EAR.
