Tarvos Talent is partnering with a growing company to find a Senior Staff Accountant for a client located in downtown Austin. Core Responsibilities: Perform key month-end close activities while maintaining accurate and timely financial records. Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures, reporting, and internal workflows. Support automation initiatives designed to create greater efficiency across the finance function. Partner with accounting leadership on special projects and evolving business priorities. What You'll Bring: A bachelor's degree in accounting and 3+ years of progressive accounting experience. Hands-on experience completing month-end close activities in a corporate environment. Strong Excel capabilities and an interest in pursuing CPA certification.
