Your day may include providing therapeutic exercises and activities, implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families about home exercise programs, documenting treatments, and collaborating with the rest of the rehabilitation team. Most importantly, you’ll be encouraging patients through the hard days and celebrating with them on the good ones. Newer PTA? Don’t count yourself out!
