Shift Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday - Friday About the role Job Purpose Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures). Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments. Perform returned materials process including initiation, receipt, expediting and closing RMAs. Use of Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty and report generation. Receive product orders and process to shipment. Provide international customer service at times, and in such event, work a flexible schedule. Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
