Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply
• Experience with pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
• Familiarity with speech-language pathology therapies for children across diverse learning needs
• Able to navigate IEP processes and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfort working onsite with TK-8th grade students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and evidence-based speech and language therapy to students onsite
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and write clear evaluation reports
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and district standards
• Serve as a resource for school staff regarding speech-language development and disorders
