Assignment Snapshot Discipline: Physical Therapist / PT Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / area: Heritage Hall -Lexington Location: Lexington, VA Assignment length: 13-week assignment Start date: 06/08/2026 Schedule: Mon-Fri Guaranteed hours: 35 Estimated weekly pay: $2,010 Net Taxable hourly rate: $27.50 Housing stipend: $770.00 Meals and incidentals stipend: $476.00 What You’ll Do Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with discipline-specific standards and facility expectations. Evaluate, treat, document, and help patients/residents improve function, independence, safety, communication, mobility, and quality of life. Collaborate with rehab leadership, nursing, facility teams, families, and care partners. Step into the assignment with professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-centered approach. What We’re Looking For Active or eligible VA license for Physical Therapist / PT. Prior SNF, LTC, assisted living, or post-acute experience preferred / New Grad Acceptable Travel experience preferred but not required for the right clinician.
