Assess patients of varying age brackets, utilizing a combination of standardized assessments and observational methods.

Craft tailored treatment plans that cater to both immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.

Deliver individualized speech therapy focusing on communication, language enhancement, fluency regulation, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.

Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team consisting of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, caregivers, and families to devise comprehensive care strategies.

Provide educational guidance to patients and families to promote ongoing progress outside the clinical environment.

Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations, ensuring a continuum of care throughout the therapeutic journey.

Maintain precise and timely records in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.

Keep pace with the latest advancements in the field through ongoing education and professional peer interactions.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if you are not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days from the start date.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies across all age groups, with a thorough understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills when interacting with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to modify therapy methods to cater to the diverse cultural and linguistic profiles of patients.

Strong clinical assessment, judgment, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable utilizing electronic medical records and adhering to documentation standards.
