Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily production activities and help ensure efficient workflow throughout our operations. Responsibilities Assist with daily production operations and workflow coordination. Prepare materials, equipment, and workstations for production activities. Monitor inventory and help maintain organized production areas. Support quality control processes by following established procedures. Coordinate with team members to ensure production goals are achieved. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow workplace safety policies and company procedures. Assist with additional operational tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency.
