Essential Duties: Ability to handle knives and to operate kitchen equipment Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations Prepare portions and food items and stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time

Position Requirements - Job Requirements: Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
