About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to spearhead organizational modernization, continuous improvement, and proactive community outreach. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading efforts to modernize processes, systems, and technology to enhance service, efficiency, and sustainability. This includes regularly evaluating and streamlining operational practices, establishing a culture of continuous improvement, and identifying opportunities for automation and digitization. The Executive Director will also be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to diversify the organization's funding base, proactively seeking new financial opportunities, and building strong relationships with various stakeholders. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years' experience in the developmentally disabled field, with a proven track record of effective leadership and strategic growth. The role requires a candidate with strong financial knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for the mission. The ideal candidate will have experience in community, state, and federal services related to individuals with developmental disabilities, and a growth mindset that embraces innovation and calculated risk-taking. Responsibilities also include maintaining relationships with the Board of Directors, engaging in community events, and serving as a spokesperson and advocate for the organization.
