Project Manager

Position Overview Project Manager – 100% on‑site in Greenville, NC. Work schedule: regular business hours, Monday to Friday. Facility Catalent’s Greenville, NC facility specializes in end‑to‑end turn‑key solutions for oral solid dosage forms, including integrated formulation development, analytical services, commercial manufacturing, and packaging. This state‑of‑the‑art facility has over $100M in recent investments and features fit‑for‑scale capacity with potent handling capabilities, ideal for orphan or targeted drug development. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct multiple client projects within the contract manufacturing division, from pre‑formulation through process validation including all phases of clinical development. Facilitate effective team meetings to track project deliverables and timelines; distribute meeting notes, action items, and project timelines. Manage project issues and risks, ensuring timely resolution with minimal impact. Communicate across functional and leadership levels, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues. Build rapport and relationships with clients through frequent communication to ensure expectations are met. Prioritize multiple projects with competing resources, deliverables, and constraints. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of pharmaceutical project management experience, OR Associate degree with 4+ years, OR High school diploma/GED with 6+ years. CDMO industry experience highly preferred. Experience in a Catalent role that is independent and proficient in project management as well as technical understanding may be substituted for 1 year of external related experience. PMP certification desired. ERP experience desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. Workday is occasionally performed while standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing; capacity to handle and manipulate objects using hands and arms.
