Follow care plans and collaborate with family members and healthcare providers. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred. Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings. Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
